Europe - £19.99

Over 90% of orders are despatched by DPD. The remaining lighter parcels (under 1.5kg) will be sent by Royal Mail. Standard UK Mainland delivery is 2 to 3 working days. However, please allow a maximum of up to 14 working days. Selecting the Next Day Express service will ensure that your goods are delivered sooner.

Some of our larger items have to be sent on a pallet - these are sent by Palletways.

Palletways have been Established since 1979, they have built a reputation on reliability in the collection and distribution of pallets, locally, nationally and internationally. They currently hold a fleet of more than 60 vehicles and over a hundred staff.

 

Delivery of large items:

Most large units are kerbside delivery only unless by prior arrangement.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

At present, we are unable to send to BFPO addresses. This service will be reintroduced shortly.

I want my order quickly, how do I go about doing this?

We offer each of our customers the option of having their goods placed on a Next Working day delivery,before 12 or before 10 service. This excludes Bank Holidays and weekend periods. Please see above for the current prices. The service is trackable and you are able to obtain further details by following the details below.

How do I track my parcel?

In order to keep track on the status of your goods, please log onto www.dpd.co.uk and use the consignment number that is sent to you via email, when the goods are despatched from our warehouse.

We unfortunately are unable to guarantee delivery services, as we rely on a third party (our carrier), however, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time.

All deliveries are supplied with an invoice detailing all prices and products.
